Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

Kumu Cosmetics takes customer satisfaction seriously; that’s why it is important to us to resolve any problem you have with any of our products. You may return items purchased on Kumu Cosmetics within 30 days for a refund. Unfortunately, Kumu 

Cosmetics will not process a return and refund if:

  • The customer used the product. 
  • The customer bought the product on sale. 
  • The customer does not have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To process your return, email us at customerservice@kumucosmetics.com with your order number, and we will provide the instructions.

Once your items(s) are received, and the refund is authorized, Kumu Cosmetics will reimburse you within 15 days. 

If the product is defective or damaged, Kumu Cosmetics will cover the cost of shipping. If the customer no longer wants the product, the purchaser covers the cost of shipping back to Kumu Cosmetics.

 

Damages and Issues

If the product you bought is defective, damaged, or got the wrong product, you might contact us within seven days of delivery for a replacement by emailing customerservice@kumucosmetics.com with the damage details and a photo of the damage if relevant, and your order number. 

 

Exchanges

We must process the return of the item you have, and once Kumu cosmetics has received it, you must make a new purchase for the new product you want.  If you have any other questions regarding refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations, don’t hesitate to contact us at customerservice@kumucosmetics.com

 

 

Shipping Policy

Kumu Cosmetics offers an efficient free shipping experience through USPS on all orders. 

Our products contain CBD, so we only deliver within the United States to states where CBD is legal. 

Kumu Cosmetics processes the orders within 24-48 hours of purchase, and generally, the orders arrive between 1-5 days, depending on the locations. 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number.

Please email us at customerservice@kumucosmetics.com if you processed an order with an incorrect address; we will try our best to update the correct address before shipping, but please note that if the order has been sent, we cannot change shipping addresses.
